  • Special Needs Plans (SNP) for those who are receiving institutional care, who have chronic health conditions, or who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid benefits
  • Private Fee-for-Service (PFFS) plans that provide members the freedom to determine from whom they receive their health care
  • Point-of-Service (POS) plans with some out-of-network features
  • Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans with out-of-network features
